In some pools (when the angle from the bottom up the sides is more than 45 degrees,) the Robocleen will flip over when it goes up the sides. This is primarily the situation in rectangle shaped pools. If you see this "turtle" situation happening when you install the cleaner, just call the manufacturer at the number on the STOP card in the box and ask for Pool Owner Customer Service and they will ship you some special weights at no charge. Be sure to request the instructions as well, as these need to go in the right place. Once the weights are installed you should have no problem and we know you'll love this robotic cleaner as much as we do. I use it in my rectangle pool and it is the bomb! It cleans the pool in no time.
